bring this statement by the President of the Republic to emphasize the importance and value of the City Council! Napolitano certainly does not discover anything new, but has done well to remember, we hope that the echo of these words has also arrived on the upper floors of our Town Hall!
The last council had to back in the distant Gessopalena November 22, 2010! Since then there have been nearly 3 months and all is still! The truth is that the junta has worked much more. The deliberations were very few and irrelevant, practically less than usual, ordinary! If there were no deadlines imposed by law, the counsels of the administration - Innaurato would be reduced even further to the bone! Possible that the Mayor, in the role of good father to convene a few tips to save a few euro in fees, then that sin always doing the (few) recommendations on weekdays is forced to pay a day's work to those advisers who benefit of the permit law.
The most likely reasons for this "administrative detention" is traced to the lack of projects, ideas, a serious program to be believed! Add to that the lack of desire to many (most) administrators included on the electoral votes just because of that lack bearers would ran away! All these gentlemen have been through any of the mayor, proxies on specific subjects. Do you think we have a managing director with the policies for equal opportunities! One delegate to the promotion of tourism (which is ?)!!! A sport (but where?). Another even to youth policy! One, do not believe it, is delegated to the environment!! Yet another education, without forgetting that we have assessors 4 including 2 outside. It would be nice if once in a while some of these lords might explain its function in the city council or at least in public assembly. So far this has never happened, but it would be interesting to know the delegate to which the environment is separate collection or the implementation of cleaner! Or there would be curious to learn (from a delegate in the matter) that tourism promotion is working on our common! What is' doing for young people! What are the social policies (for which you use even a councilor external )!!!! If you give it the powers it is because we want to empower the Adviser, then if that does not want to be empowered enough that you do not agree! The game is easy!! If one accepts is then required to provide answers!
Some advisers, to be honest, an initiative in the past 20 months have taken: they set up a banquet Sunday to collect signatures against Berlusconi!! Without considering the merits of policy issues - national one wonders with the party that makes the administration wakes up only for initiatives that fall outside the administrative life of our community, and when it comes to matters of local interest deep sleep! Before point the finger at someone (whoever he is) should be accountable for their actions otherwise you are not credible !!!!!
In conclusion, we are waiting for the next board where you should discuss some interesting questions that we put forward in recent months. Unless surprises you should discuss TARSU of hydroelectric power, municipal bus and the recent and repeated thefts have occurred in our community. This at least under our responsibility. We can not give the date but hopefully by 2011!! Among the many delegations missing a managing director to sound the alarm, would be the busiest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
