Nothing more extraordinary because we did not disclose that among the people a Constitutional Court ruling that declared invalid the charge for users of those areas without an air cleaner. Obviously, a ruling sacrosanct in the face of which we imagined that no one could have objections of any kind. But no, someone did not agree with the sentence! Clearly, our illustrious Mayor .... remember what he said at the presentation of his list: "those who make use of the reimbursement of the fee for sewage treatment is likely to incur criminal consequences," these were the words of our first citizen. Then we were in 2009 and maybe Innaurato was not yet prepared, but today we are in late 2011 and the alarm to sound!
What we say is expected from the facts. After the unfortunate statement by the Mayor, the administration for a year and a half has never dealt with this issue, he never informed the public, did not them no guidance, no indication, in short anything. We for our part we disseminate to the public form for the refund and we constantly update themselves on the various events on the subject. Finally we presented a proposed resolution to the City Council with which it "requested" the administration to do the necessary to accelerate the repayment procedures. You will not believe but also on that board and then Innaurato has managed to not address the issue by shifting attention to the lack of a treatment plant and the need to have it! Meanwhile, we can already announce that our group Sunday, 1/16/2011 from 9:00 am will set up a gazebo in the square information with the intent to warn the public about what to do.
