As we anticipated in the past days, our group will provide interested citizens to submit the claim for the shares of purification. We invite all citizens who do not comply with the instance of repayment to appear in the days and times indicated at the council hall in our town where we will be happy to provide them with all the relevant details.
We also invite the same people to disregard the words of (public) of the President of SASI in which shadows are cast on the legality of the reimbursement. In fact, as we pointed out in previous posts, the president has fired Scutti saying that those who download large public sewers are not entitled to reimbursement. That statement is unfounded for several reasons:
1 - In other regions no entity manager has embraced this interpretation by using such exceptions. There are even regions in which they are already in place procedures for reimbursement;
2 - If the statement of the pres. SASI was correct in its decision 335 of 2008 of the Constitutional Court would without effect;
3 - No account is taken of the Judgement of Justice of the Peace Broad condemning the SASI and the municipality of Lanciano Fresagrandinaria to return the allowances purification;
E ' likely that the stance of the SASI is dictated by the difficult economic conditions facing the institution. This does not detract from the sacred holy right of users to have the now infamous refund. It does not fall between the powers of the SASI to redesign at will a ruling by the Constitutional Court.
That said, there sets out below the table showing the days and times when we will be on hand to give advice throughout the case.
